We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Voice & Text Processing

ResonaVoice processes the text on your website or page to generate audio using our Neural Voice Engine. This text is processed in memory for the duration of the session and is not stored permanently after the audio session ends, except where explicitly required for debugging or service improvement and then only in anonymized or aggregated form.

Data Storage & Security

Account data is stored securely using Supabase. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to production systems.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data via our Contact page, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

ResonaVoice uses only essential cookies necessary for the operation of the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Types of Cookies We Use

• Supabase Auth: Essential cookies used to keep you securely logged into your dashboard and manage your session.
• Preferences: Cookies used to remember your ResonaVoice widget settings, such as reading speed and color preferences, so you don’t have to reconfigure them each time.

We do not collect data through tracking, analytics, or third-party advertising cookies.
