Privacy Policy
At ResonaVoice, your privacy is a priority. This policy outlines our standard commitment to protecting your privacy and managing your data. By using ResonaVoice, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Data Controller
ResonaVoice is operated by Resona (the “Company”). If you have questions about this policy, you can contact us via the details provided on our Contact page.
Data Collection
We collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to operate the service, specifically:
- Email address: Collected via Supabase Auth to create and manage your account.
- Support messages: Any information you choose to share via our contact form or support channels.
- Usage metadata: Non-identifying technical data (such as browser type, device type, and basic usage patterns) to improve stability and performance.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
Voice & Text Processing
ResonaVoice processes the text on your website or page to generate audio using our Neural Voice Engine. This text is processed in memory for the duration of the session and is not stored permanently after the audio session ends, except where explicitly required for debugging or service improvement and then only in anonymized or aggregated form.
Data Storage & Security
Account data is stored securely using Supabase. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and restricted access to production systems.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data via our Contact page, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the Contact page.
